Kurt Gearhart
Kurt is the CEO of Longevity Holdings. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Kurt was Managing Director of Credit Suisse’s Longevity Markets Group. He also served as the initial President of ILMA, a trade association founded by Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, UBS and other longevity market participants. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Kurt was a Partner in the Insurance and Financial Services Group of Sidley Austin LLP.

Kurt Niederloh
Kurt is the Chief Financial Officer at Longevity Holdings and manages the company’s financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury and tax. As a member of the executive leadership team, Kurt actively participates in developing the strategic planning for the company, M&A activities, and investor/board member relationships. Kurt has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams for global companies including Activision Blizzard and Carlson Companies. Kurt is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Maureen Sheehan

Maureen Sheehan
Maureen is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Longevity Holdings. Prior to joining the company, Maureen was an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis in the Corporate Group and at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago in the Insurance and Financial Services Group. Maureen is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School.

Cory Cates

Cory Cates
Cory is the Chief Information Officer responsible for technology and analytics at Longevity Holdings. Cory is a quantitative technologist with a wealth of experience in life insurance and longevity assets. Prior to joining the firm, Cory worked at Credit Suisse for 8 years (including several years as Head of Technology for the Longevity Markets Group). Cory earned a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from the department of Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics at Columbia University.

Terese Pilaczynski
As the Director of Human Resources for the Longevity Holdings’ family of businesses, Terri’s experience spans over twenty years in all human resource competencies, with particular strengths in strategic human resource planning, policy and procedure development, talent acquisition, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, as well as training and professional development. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she held Director-level roles with a variety of firms in the professional and financial services fields while completing a Master’s degree in Community Psychology.

John Bikus
Death Audit and Locate

John Bikus
John leads Longevity Holdings’ presence in the death audit and locate markets as President of PBI Research Services. Prior to this role, John helped start, grow and successfully sell two online companies – ObitData.com (leading online data and research company) and Legacy.com (global leader in online obituary services). He also has marketing, sales and research experience with Kraft Foods and AC Nielsen. John holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Nate Evans
Life Settlements

Nate Evans
Nate leads Longevity Holdings’ presence in the life settlement market and serves as President of Maple Life Financial, MLF LexServ, and Maple Life Analytics. Under his leadership all three companies have grown to one of the largest and most respected enterprises in the settlement industry.
Nate has over 25 years of management experience in the life insurance industry. Beginning his career at Allstate Financial where he held a variety of leadership positions over 14 years. Immediately prior to joining Maple Life, Nate served as Vice President of ZeBU/Integrated Insurance Technologies, where he led sales, marketing and consulting services to the largest US life insurance companies. Nate is a graduate of Trinity College.

Mario Coniglio
Life Settlements

Mario Coniglio
Mario leads our life settlement market servicing business. He has been with MLF LexServ, a Longevity Holdings company, and directed operations since the company was formed in 2006. During this time, LexServ has become the largest third party servicer in the life settlement industry.
Mario has over 25 years of experience in management, business operations, and information technology. He has worked closely with large commercial insurance companies, health care carriers and with state and federal government entities. Prior to joining MLF LexServ, Mario managed one of the largest flood insurance processing organizations in the country.

Ralph Medici
Life Insurance Trusts

Ralph Medici
Ralph leads Longevity Holdings’ life insurance trust business and is President of ITM TwentyFirst and Life Insurance Trust Company. His team helps banks and trust companies administer and service thousands of life insurance trusts, while helping grantors and beneficiaries get the most from their life insurance assets. Prior to joining the firm in May 2012, Ralph worked in the Longevity Markets Group of Credit Suisse, most recently as Director responsible for servicing all of Credit Suisse’s longevity assets. Prior to Credit Suisse, Ralph worked for 15 years at AIG in several leadership positions.

Lori Austin
Life Expectancy Underwriting and Data

Lori Austin
Lori is responsible for Longevity Holdings’ underwriting business. Longevity Holdings’ companies have reviewed 70 million pages of medical records and completed over 500,000 underwritings in the life settlement, structured settlement, life insurance and workers compensation markets. Lori has over 35 years of experience in life, health and settlement underwriting. Prior to joining the firm, Lori worked for 18 years at Prudential Insurance Company in the Individual Life Underwriting Department.
