Kurt Gearhart, Chief Executive Officer
Kurt has served as Chief Executive Officer of Longevity for 12 years. Previously he was Managing Director of Credit Suisse’s Longevity Markets Group focused on mortality and longevity risk products. Prior to that, he was a Partner in the Insurance Group at Sidley Austin LLP.
Ralph Medici, President – Financial Services Solutions
Ralph leads Longevity’s FSS division. His team oversees ILITs for HNW individuals and life settlement policies for asset managers, totaling $45bn in face amount. Prior to Longevity, Ralph held leadership roles at Credit Suisse and AIG.
Mario Coniglio, Chief Operating Officer
Mario leads all Operations at Longevity. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the life settlement market and extensive experience with business & operations leadership, process development and IT. Prior to Longevity, Mario worked with Electronic Data Systems for 17 years.
Maureen Sheehan, General Counsel
Maureen leads Longevity’s legal team. Prior to Longevity, Maureen practiced in the Corporate Group at Dorsey Whitney LLP and the Insurance Group at Sidley Austin LLP.
Phil Hall, Senior Vice President – Life Settlements
Phil represents buyers and sellers of life settlement portfolios. He has nearly two decades of life settlement market experience and managed $3bn+ life settlements at Highland Capital Management. Prior to that, he had a variety of roles at Credit Suisse.
Lori Austin, Chief Underwriter
Lori is responsible for life settlement underwriting at Longevity. Her team has completed over two-hundred thousand life expectancy reports for the life settlement market. Prior to Longevity, Lori held various underwriting roles at Assurant and Prudential.
Mike Fasano, Consultant
Mike founded Fasano Associates, one of the leading life settlements underwriting firms (now owned by Longevity). Mike was a pioneer in life settlement underwriting and is a renowned expert. Prior to Fasano, Mike was President of Trans General Life Insurance Company.
Dr. Rahul Nawander, Medical Director
Dr. Nawander consults with insurers, reinsurers and Longevity’s underwriters on complex medical conditions and medical research. Most recently, he was at RGA International with prior roles at Old Mutual, New York Life and Fortis India.
